The Sewing Klatch Idaho Division Ministry
About us: We are group formed from Calvary Chapel Eagle and Boise. We Sew, Knit and Crochet for orphans, the elderly,disabled and homeless worldwide. Serving along side with The Sewing Klatch in Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa California. We send completed items for the mission field to CCCM. The Items are then sent out to more than 22 on site missionaries who preach the Gospel , then learn and see the needs of the children and people they serve. Last year 2017 a total of 6,206 items where made for His glory.
So far we have made quilts for Holocaust Survivors in Israel, clothing for children in the Philippines and our next project will be to knit beanies for the Israeli army.
We feel Blessed to serve in this way and invite anyone who feels lead to fellowship and serve with us. We meet on Wednesdays at 9:00 am in Meridian. Our Mission Statement: ” IT IS NOT YOUR ABILITY BUT YOUR AVAILABILITY” God can use anyone in a mighty way.
